As part of our total solution package, special task is generated by using ZEBEX' priority software, WinTaskGen. The flexibility of such task generator allows for a perfect customization according to management's request. Different aspect of employee tracking needs is further categorized into groups, or "procedures" in WinTaskGen's lingo. Each procedure is then assigned a form (table) for data storage. For example, "starting time" or "scan time" can be considered as procedures. Once employee make the trip to designated area and scan their employee badges, current time and employee identity is store in Z-1170 (or transmitted wireless via Bluetooth connection to host devices). When employee return to base station and connects the data collector with PC, a complete record of their duty performance can be downloaded with touch of a button.

Security portal works the same way. Security personal often time needs to portal the area following a specific route at specific set of time. Barcode car be place at these so called "check point" for verification purpose. When security personal makes a routine stop at one of these locations, he /she will scan the barcode with Z-1170 during offline mode as way of "check-in". When scanned, employee identification, scan time, and current location are stored inside the data collector for later retrieval. Once downloaded, data can be recorded and analyzed, making the corresponding managerial decision if necessary.
