The Solution 
To implement the solution, our Mobile Solution Provider works closely with end customer to select placement for Wireless Wi-Fi Access Points. The placement of these critical Access Points is the backbone of a reliable operation. Key working areas have been identified and ample amount of WiFi coverage has been setup for a smooth workflow operation. Next, ZEBEX works closely with Solution Provider to optimize the software which will be running on Z-2065WL. The in-house R&D department can tweak and adjust the software in great details for complete transparent experiences.

When vehicle enters and stops at the weighing platform check points, inspector arm with Z-2065WL would perform a regular inspection on exhaust, weight, slip, break test and light detection. Each result would be input to Z-2065WL and sent to host system wirelessly using Wi-Fi technology. Once received, inspection documentation can be arranged and printed out for vehicle owner to expedite the working process.
